Journey into the Self: meeting the Inner Critic

In this workshop we will use The Work of Byron Katie to explore the Inner Critic that lives in all of us. The criticisms we hear from this Inner Critic can be a horrible language that becomes negative self-talk. The Inner Critic can harbor some beliefs that are demoralizing and destructive.
Using writing prompts and guided meditations we will write Worksheets on this Inner Critic and ourselves. Through Inquiry, we will question how the Inner Critic sees us and how we interact with the Inner Critic on a daily basis.
Hosted over Zoom. This workshop meets for 90 minutes each week for six weeks. Meeting with partners each week between sessions is part of the optional homework.
Led by Nanou Anne, a Certified Facilitator of The Work, and Vincent Santos practicing in The Work since 2001.
No experience is necessary, only an open mind. The cost of the Workshop is sliding scale- $130 USD to $180 USD. Please ask if you need financial assistance. A minimum of 4 with a maximum of 12 participants.
